The vendor shipped the wrong product. I ordered a Surface Book 2 but received a Surface Laptop 2 instead. This is causing a serious delay in receiving the correct product assuming they have the correct product to send more that they've received the returned Surface Laptop 2. Additionally, the Surface Laptop 2 I received by mistake hadn't been cleaned very well before they shipped it. The keyboard, screen, and case was spotty, and the ports all had black residue in them which was easily removable by wiping them out. I wouldn't expected a better job cleaning the laptop during the refurb process.
