This item was suppose to be delivered on Aug 16 and Fedex said it will be delivered on Aug 18 and finally we received it on Aug 19. Item box was in a bad shape as it was wet in the rain, laptop is scratched, it’s exposed to water and humidity. Also, there is no laptop charger with the same l. It’s very sad that I used back market to deliver this product for my child’s school. I trusted your website thinking that the product will arrive on timely basis but it’s very poor on your reputation.
