I had a Surface Pro 4 with a battery that was swelling the monitor glass. I really liked it, but couldn't find anyone to fix it, except a repair shop that quoted a price twice what I eventually paid here. However, that computer repair shop told me about Backmarket.com, so I am very happy. I was able to purchase the same model on BackMarket.com from JustMac.com, but more powerful and with more storage. I love it! This is a great site and more people should know about it. I have been telling everyone to check here first. Thanks for a great service! Now I just need someone to take my old Surface Pro 4 and fix it so someone else can use it.

Everything is in great shape! My only complaint is the tablet was very outdated.. needed to update almost all of the drivers and windows. Had a few issues with that, but got it all figured out. Now the tablet works great!!

My used tablet might as well have been new. It’s perfect. Even the battery health tested like virtually a new tablet. (It had only been through 6 charge cycles). Very pleased. 10/10. Will recommend BackMarket to friends and family.

Excellent physical condition. Good value for the price. Installed Windows 11. Unfortunately, the touch screen is defective, so I will not be able to use that functionality. Not sure what the warranty covers. Ordered a new SP4 keyboard on eBay since QWERTY doesn't mean it comes with a keyboard.

the laptop has a issue holding charge as even when powered down it drains slowly. Still I am happy with the price to performance and customer service.

When in use the screen blinks in and out sometimes when touch, quite disappointing. I don't know how long it will hold up until it totally Black out and nonfunctional.
