Everything is great, and I'm very pleased with the device except for one thing: the cooling fan will sometimes come on and surge, rather than run steadily. It's audible and kind of annoying. Diagnostics didn't find any fault. Hopefully it's a rare occurrence.

Unit is ok. Some surface scratches just as described. The one problem so far is that the unit runs very slowly. Even though resources (RAM+HDD) are not taken up, it is slow to respond/lag time between click and execution.

I would give this a one star for the description of the item being wrong, but since I returned the laptop, I guess I'll settle. The pictures show an included keyboard, and the description states it's included. It was missing, as well as the charger, with the seller refusing to honor the promised items. Do not buy.

Purchased the refurbished Pro 7 from Back Market to replace the Pro 4 my firm assigned for my use in early 2017. The Pro 7 works great for my needs. It's it seems faster than the 4 which works better for my office, travel and entertainment needs. The only issue with the 7 is the finger track pad stop tracking the curser. There is probably a track pad sensitivity setting I will look for in settings. Otherwise, the mouse work flawlessly with no track issues. Very happy with Back Market equipment.
