After discovering BackMarket a little over 2 years ago, I've never had a bad purchasing experience.This latest being no exception. Condition and service has been great each time. The one reason I decided on this purchase was the fact it was labeled and advertised as a phone like my last one but with 256 gb of storage instead of 128 gb. After receiving my new phone, I sent my old one back to Att. Here's my gripe...the phone I purchased believing to have 256 gb of storage was not that. Yep, just like the old model. 128 gb. I could have taken the old beast to get the screen repaired and saved a boatload of time and money, not to mention the planet by not shipping the old one off into the great beyond. It's going to be really hard trusting the description should I consider another purchase down the line. That sucks when all my other buys have been stellar.
