Returned item and got refunded already. But since you asked. I thought the item was unlocked which may have been my mistake, however when I received the item it was an AT&T phone and I have no idea if it was unlocked or not and when I went back to the site to double check my order I saw that it now said that it was locked to T-mobile. It also had NOT been factory reset and was also NOT eligible for use with Visible (the Verizon network). I’m not sure how it would be possible to get so many things wrong with one order without some kind of deliberate chicanery. I love backmarket and I realize that you have little control over what vendors do, but this was ridiculous. There were no replacements of the same model available and I ended up having to pay a lot more to get the same model off Amazon. 🤷‍♂️. It is what it is. I’ll still be checking Backmarket before anywhere else next time I need something.
