The phone works pretty well, with no problems, and actually comes with a temporary screen protector. My old phone screen had black ink blotting out the front of the screen, making it challenging to factory reset it. So, they sent my phone back to me, and I did not get the $15.00 credit for my $1000.00 phone. This is a good place to buy a phone but not a good place to trade in an old phone if it is severely damaged.
