I'm happy with my recent purchase of the Galaxy A54. I've never been good with technology so it's taking me a while to learn how to navigate it. I'm still trying to figure out the Apps and many of them have 2 or 3 of the same icons on my home page. I like the camera I'm hoping to find an App that will give me more editing options...especially for portraits. Thank You, Back Market saved me about $900.

I got this phone in excellent mint condition, and I was not disappointed at all however, I was very impressed. the phone came in as it was brand new out of the box, and it had no scratches and no issues with the software. I’m very impressed with the phone in general as the Samsung phone is very good and the batteries excellent and the display is amazing and overall the price and the condition of the phone were amazing.

This is the 2nd Samsung phone I have bought from back market and let me tell you, I am addicted to buying from them. No bad review here. Every time I receive the merchandise it is in pristine and practically mint condition. If I didn't know better I would think it came right from the actual manufacturer itself. I got exactly what I ordered. Phone was shipped and recieved exactly when they said it would arrive. Fast service always this is the 3rd device I've ordered through Back Market and I highly recommend them. I absolutely love the phone. The only complaint I have is the Camera doesn't seem to focus as clear as previous phones which I find really strange but it has nothing to do with Back Market, that's a Samsung issue

I bought my phone in good condition, and it is a lot to learn with using this phone, compared to my old Samsung J3 Prime. My phone has some dings on the top corner and bottom corner edges, other than that, it is in excellent working condition. I have had no problems with the operations of the phone. I did not come with a manual or an ejector tool. I am happy with my purchase.
