Note10 is clean, very good condition. 1 concern; it downloaded a bunch of Verizon apps, i.e. 'call filter', 'cloud', and games. This concerns me because if it's a completely wiped and unlocked phone, why is my TracFone downloading Verizon stuff?

hello I ordered a samsung galaxy s10+ unlocked and it came as a Verizon phone so I can't use the data that I recently have is there anyway I can get a new one sent that is unlocked and I can ship this one back

The phone came in excellent condition as expected. I had previously ordered a galaxy note 9 2 years prior and had also worked excellent. Shipping was fast from vendor and I will use again. One Caveat that may or may not affect someone else's experience, I ordered the phone unlocked. Which at first glance seemed true. I took my straight talk sim put it in and the phone accepted it. This led to a myriad of network issues I could not understand . So I checked the phone and it had a device unlock application. Yet when I researched my imei on at&t the phone was still locked to the carrier. A superficial unlock. I switched to at&t just to resolve this issue. Not a big deal for me, but for others can be an issue. Otherwise I love my phone and backmarket is a great deal. Thank

This phone that I got from you guys is the best, I love it. It's super fast, it came on time, unlocked and worked perfect with my phone service. I will be buying anything electronic from you guys again.

I’ve been using the phone for almost a 6 months now and to be honest it’s been flawless the only downside is the fact that the S pen does not work and the phone tends to hang up calls often by itself other than that it’s good.

The phone came in excellent condition . everything works on the phone it had no scratches dents or anything. The only thing is the battery was not charged when it got to me I don't know if that was due to how long it took to get to me. but I just charged it up and everything works great I would buy from this company again.
