2nd phone ordered through here and disappointed honestly. 1st phone bought in excellent condition and it was immaculate. This phone I bought is good and was lower than fair in my opinion. Crack in screen, dents and chips on back of phone, couldn't connect my stylus, and the kicker of it all was the fact that I couldn't do anything with the phone since it used to be a company phone that was still in their network! So disappointed that I finally caved and just bought a new phone on payment plan with carrier.

the phone doesn't work. oh it works wonderful on wifi, but it's a Tmoble manufactured, it's been reprogrammed for Verizon and it doesn't work for any cell company. I tried my contract Sim in it, wouldn't work. tried one of the prepaid plans also, no such luck. doesn't work on tmobile, att, I paid almost $300 for this dadblamed smartphone & I didn't get anything but junk.
