3.5/5Ordered an Unlocked Phone. Refurbisher sent a phone that was locked to the T-Mobile network. I sent that phone back for a replacement and they sent me a locked phone to the T-Mobile network again. I'm done doing business with celltime cellular. I need my phone to be Unlocked to all carriers like the listing described.
