Galaxy Note10+ 5G 256GB - Black - Locked Verizon

My daughter loves her fully loaded Galaxy Note 10. She is able to do more on her phone than the laptop she was amatuering gaming on. Everything is good and a good fit for her needs. Thank you Back Market for your refurbishing these phone back to practically brand new form.-Pat

Working great so far

I am older and was very hesitant to buy a used phone but I really wanted a Note10 plus. Well I have had my phone now for almost a month and I am so glad I bought from Back Market.This phone was supposed to be in excellent condition and the only thing I could see is a few marks on the back which with a case you won't see and a small mark on the screen. I am OCD so that bothered me some what but a glass protector you can see that either. The does so many things my old Note never did. I went from 256G to 512G.I would buy from them again and recommend them to all of my friends. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and it came on Monday. How fast is that? As I stated I am older 65 and this is all new for me buying used phones but believe me you won't regret buying from them. I am 100 percent pleased with my phone.

Well this being my 4th purchase from BM. I WOULD SAY THIS EXPERIENCE was just like the first 3 great. As always you guys have come thru again. Cistomer service was great as well. I will never purchase new again. Have not had one issue with any product i ordered thru BM. thanks again till mext time

Exactly the mental picture of its condition created by your definitions. All parts, aka the stylist and a usb c cord, were included. You might want to make it more clear it does come with the release tool for Sim. No issues at all transferring all my data and apps over. Would not get protection pack due to glass case interference issues. Just get a case or otter box with integrated screen protection. Zero battery cycle issues or any other oddities that might indicate IP rating has been compromised.

The screen had several scratches at the bottom of it. It also was not properly secured at the bottom and was making a clicking noise when I pressed the home button. I couldn't find the 5G option in the network mode. The screen issue is enough for me to return it so I'm not looking into this. The rest of the phone was fine from what I could tell.
