2 weeks in and the phone is fantastic! They may call these phones refurbished but mine looks like brand new! This is the second Galaxy note that I have bought from Back Market. The first one was a Galaxy note 9. It lasted me about 6 years. This is the Note 20 ultra. As you can see I payed extra for excellent condition and the phone is in good condition everything works as it should, great phone. My one small issue is that there is a crack on the far corner of the glass that contains the lens on the back of the phone. Phone was confirmed "unlocked" but still not compatible with my network. I switched carriers instead of returning it. Battery was weak (which I expected to some degree with a used phone). The charging port was okay for the first 2 weeks, then it would only charge if placed upside down with the wire in or with the wire taped in a very specific place. Absolutely not worth the considerable struggle for a barely functional phone. First time buyer of an online renewed phone! After so much research and comparison shopping I was skeptical. Then my cuz suggested Back Market. The Note 20 Ultra arrived in a nice box and in good condition as promised. Delivery was delayed a few days which was nail-biting since I didn't know if my old phone would hang with me that long. But that was due to an issue with the shipping . I am now happy to say I am about two weeks in and I am writing this review from my newish phone and I love it! Amazing condition. Works perfectly. Would did business with them again. I'm happy :) That said, a few things are to be considered before getting a Note20. Volume and power buttons are in odd positions and powering off is not obvious. Also just learned the thing doesn't have a way to monitor pulse without a secondary device. Runs better than my Nine but I'd rather have the Nine's features and layout.
