Galaxy Note 4 32GB - Black - Locked Verizon

It had the wrong stylus in it. As soon as I powered it up, it started chirping the reminder to put the stylus back into the phone since the one that came with it would not tuck all the way in to indicate it was attached. I am overlooking that as I just swapped out the stylus from my old note 4 because I'm happy to have a Note 4 in my hand again! BUT...I'm not happy with the current Marshmallow OS as I now have to give idiotic calendar permissions to such benign apps as gallery in order to use it. I do NOT blame the seller for that as it makes sense they would load it with the latest, but I'm still using an older phone for a reason. I like it & expected this one to be the same as the one that broke & led me to buy this. Maybe they could offer the option of which Android OS is desired, if possible, at the point of purchase? Seeing that option would have made me go, oh hell yes, I want this one, not that one. But I know what I'm getting into by purchasing a refurbished phone, for the most part, so I am just making a suggestion on that aspect. I can reload the version I want, so I am, overall, pleased with my purchase, Backmarket and the seller. I would purchase from both again. I prefer refurbished electronics & finding a source I feel I can trust, for the most part since you can't please everyone all the time, is what is important to me. I will purchase again from Backmarket & this seller for my electronic needs.

Phone works great had a battery issue but no worries. Back market will be mailing me another one ... phone works great actually thinking about getting a iPhone with a watch from back market as well.....thank you so

The phone was a bit more beat up than I was expecting from reading the reviews. Probably because I was unfairly comparing it to my old phone, which I kept in near perfect condition before I drowned it. Also, this one is white which shows every little flaw. The 5 scratches on the screen were what mostly concerned me but when the screen is on, they seem to completely disappear. Considering the really low cost compared to new, I'm very satisfied and would buy another (black) one.

My phone arrived quickly and was well packed . I realized after a few days that the battery was too shot to hold a charge . That did not surprise me , as it was original. I ordered one from an aftermarket supplier with whom I have previously dealt . The phone has been fine ever since .

Looks better then expected, delivered faster then expected, I'll know more after it charges but I'm telling everyone about you. Thanks!

Had issue with the first phone I received. Seller sent a replacement immediately with a return label and packaging. Will buy from again!
