4/5I ordered an iPhone 14 plus in excellent condition but it’s more of a “good/fair” than anything. I’ve bought from back market a few times with great experiences but this one was just not that good. The phone works fine, the battery health is decent (90%) but the sides of the phone were scratched and dirty. Besides that I am pleased with the performance of the phone and the screen and back glass look amazing. I guess it really just depends on the refurbisher.

Small issue that when I turn the speaker up past half way I get a rattle and idk how to fix it. Other than that it’s a good refurbish

I ordered the excellent version of the 14 Plus and it is cosmetically and functionally perfect. It also came with a 1 year warranty so Im covered for the next year. 5/5i’ve been using this iPhone for 2 months and it’s been great. it came in really good condition with a charging cord and i like the look of the red. it’s best you get your phone from here so you get a deal on it instead of shelling out thousands of dollars a year. I would highly recommend this shop over all the other refurbished phone shops like plug.

5/5This is one of those few instances where I’m more than happy to leave positive feedback. Looking for a newer iPhone (coming from an 11) only because of storage capacity, I wasn’t interested in spending a boatload of cash for an iPhone with all the latest technology. I definitely didn’t need it to be brand new as well. Back Market offered the opportunity for a newer generation phone which by far exceeded the only real requirement I had: greater storage capacity. I ordered an iPhone 14 Plus in “good” condition, and I would say it arrived in practically pristine condition. This seller promptly prepared the order and had it shipped by the estimated date. And the battery was at 100%. I can only speak to my own satisfaction with the order, but I will absolutely consider using this service and seller for any future needs.

I love everything about the purchase. The battery is at 97%, with no scratches or dings on the outside, and the screen is pristine. Ran a diagnostic check with the BackMarket app and everything was good on that end. Very satisfied with the purchase and will come back for other purchases in the future.

I ordered a 12 from here last year and the phone had a few scratches (barely noticeable) and like 89% battery..but the phone i ordered this time came in way better condition ! It looks new , battery health is 99% and literally has no visible marks except for one tiny tiny dent that you can’t even really see unless you look for it . I love back market ! And i love my new phone
