I have not had a S10 before so I can't say I'd the battery is new or not but it seems to Last a short time (compared to a moto g power). Probably just the phone. The rest of my complaints are with the phone it's self not how back market refurbished it. I will be buying from them again!

My life got incredibly complicated, so it's late but here's my review. My old Galaxy S9 Plus had a bloated battery. It started to breakthrough the back plate so I needed a new phone asap! I selected a Galaxy S10 Plus in excellent condition from this place. The shipping was quick and I had it within the week. When I opened it it had a few Nicks on the back plate and the battery port was scratched terribly. Like someone took sandpaper to it almost. But my life is very crazy and I just needed a phone I double checked the shipping tags and they said "good" condition. I am a bit bummed out by this obviously. However, I needed a phone and it works absolutely perfectly! But I do feel I paid a bit much for it as a result. Because my review is late I feel like I can't complain too much it's more me but still. Double check your order tickets people.

Well the product was great but when an accident occurred and it was time to file a claim with Asurion it all went to hell. I dialed the number and spoke to someone who told me that the accident that occurred to my 2 week old ($250 plus 59.99 for accidental protection plan). Samsung Galaxy s10 plus was not covered. That was just 2 weeks of me having the device and I have been going back and forth between Backmarket and Asurion with no avail!!!! Just keep getting someone on the phone to tell me that it’s the others problem when in fact I believe I’ve been scammed. Monday I was told that if Asurion wouldn’t fix the phone Backmarket themselves would give me a partial 50 payment to bring it somewhere to be fixed but as anyone knows u can’t even fix a phone yourself for 50 dollars. Take from this what you will but I know this happen to other people just like me and it’s not right. That’s almost 2 weeks of pay for me and I got robbed. Hands down this is the worst experience I have ever been through.

The phone works great! However I paid for the level of quality that comes with no visible scratches on the front screen. It came with a screen protector that i chose to replace today, and lo and behold there were scratches all over the screen. I'm dissapointed that I paid more for a lower quality product, and wish there was a way to verify product quality before items are shipped.

You guys rock. I couldn't belive how fast the delivery was everything is perfect with the phone the price the everything. The only issue I had so far is the screen protector. I ordered a clear case and it came with 2 screen protectors well I'm down to 1 left and I already broke my second one. But I m going to look for a shock proof case like I had for my other phone. Had no trouble with the phone until right when the 1 year warranty expired and then the service would constantly go in and out. It made doordashing nearly impossible. I know its just a coincidence and thats the chance you take with refirbished items so I'll buy the 2 year warranty next time
