1. This is a great little phone once one is able to figure out even 10% of the sometimes less than clever gadgets. 2. This very complicated phone should never be sold without some basic directions. Several times I was preparing to send it back together with a few sincere curses. The worse was two times when the lock screen--something I was totally unfamiliar with--somehow got turned on (who knows how that happened) and a voice kept speaking in a horribly difficult voice to understand---over and over. It took four and a half hours of frustration with the phone seeming completely locked up when I washow to get into the damm thing and shut that crazy woman--whom I felt like strangling--up. Just as I was preparing to send it back to you with my sincerest curses, I figured it out and took up the advanture again I definitely envied those who could take the phone back to a Verizon nerd when that happens. Why do the manufacturers put any completely stupid program like that on a phone? Anyway, after spending three or four full days trying to get the darn thing going and setting it up, I have decided that it is a great phone if one finally figures it out.

Phone was excellent. When wifi , bluetooth, and hot stopped working the insurance i paid for had me reimbursed days after claim and phone sent back so I could order a replacement! Love backmarket!

A friend recommended Back Market and I'm excited she did. I rec'd. my phone case on 2/5 and my phone today, 2/6. These items arrived before the estimated delivery date - yay! Also, the phone case was brand new so that was exciting and the phone, though I have not set it up yet with my new provider, is in EXCELLENT condition (which is the level of reborn phone I selected). So far, very very impressed. I will provide another review after set up and I have a chance to use the phone. As it stands now, a happy camper.
