So far I'm very happy with this purchase. It was delivered really fast. I put my sim in and it immediately picked up my carrier who is optimum. I did have to manually input apn for data. My new phone is great. I love the camera quality, the storage space, and the neat little features I was missing with my antiquated phone. The cloud blue is a beautiful color, and when the light hits it just right there's a little bit of a rainbow effect. The condition was supposed to be very good, but it arrived near flawless. The seller added a complimentary screen protector film to the screen which was nice. I bought an Otterbox case, but unfortunately 9 days or so in I dropped the phone and the rear face is shattered. Thankfully the camera lens is undamaged. It would probably cost more than I paid for the phone to fix it! My only complaint about my phone is a space on the right side edge of the screen that is not so responsive. Sometimes I have to tap several times before I get any feedback. Very nice phone. Replaced a broken S10 with this S20 5G. (Would have went for the S21 but still wanted an SD card.) The replacement S20 was delivered when expected and came with a bonus screen protector installed. Transfer of data/info from the old phone was easy, quick and complete.
