Just got this Samsung 20+ 5 G phone from your company and it immediately wouldn’t work properly and wasn’t connecting to the Cellular Data even though I have this automatic as part of my phone plan with ATT so I then today went to the local AT&T store and they connected it to the cellular network but after leaving their store it again was NOT working and ONLY works if I have it connected to WiFi somewhere. This refurbished phone you sold me is not working right. You need to get me one that does we are now out of a proper working phone for over a week. I’m very disappointed. Jane Moore
