Same with my uncle I bought it for my mom because I want to upgrade a new phone for her

My new phone arrived as expected. It is clean, and not damaged. I do find that it's very difficult to type though. Seems to be dead spots on the keyboard.

The phone was beautiful condition and ita very efficient phone. I'm a little concerned about the battery as it only lasts a day without a lot of use. I am overall happy with my refurbished phone and Back Market service. I did return first s20 5g because it was a s20 5g uw which I didn't want. Refund issued immediately.

The s20 5 g refurbished was in very good condition. I am mostly happy with it but a little concerned about the battery not lasting as long as I would have hoped. According to this email the condition is listed as GOOD. I paid for excellent condition. ? Not sure if that is correct as I should have paid less for GOOD and not excellent.

From what I can tell I was sent a perfectly good phone, very quickly. However, it was not what I ordered so I am returning the phone as soon as I can get to the UPS center.

when taken to get a broken lense fixed. they discovered missing parts and told me the referbish job was very poor. i now have a non working phone 2 months into owning it.
