Galaxy S20+ 5G 128GB - Gray - Locked Verizon

I received my phone very quickly in excellent condition. Apps were transferred easily using smart switch. Had a little trouble transferring bookmarks, but everything went well! Love my almost new phone !!

The phone is in perfect condition. Great service. This my 3rd phone I have purchased from BackMarket and I have never been disappointed. Glad I found them.

slight scuff on the glass due to ordering fair, but other than that, packaged tight, exactly as ordered, SIM card went in without a hitch. Good stuff.

The phone was not the Model that was ordered. Even the box and ship sticker ticket showed the inferior part number. Clearly it was not the part number I paid for or was on the invoice. Secondly when I opened the box the back of the phone almost fell off as the battery was blistered. Backmarket after I had already received a return label expected me to find a repair shop to remove and repair the phone and Backmarket will reimburse. Newsflash there is no repair shop within a hours drive and it was already sent back. Then there is this " why would I repair a phone that was the wrong and inferior model. I did not expect to be dealing with a 3rd party. I have to wait for a refund. I can afford it , but please this is terrible customer service and fraud. I would never recommend this company.

Received an unlocked phone, previously used on T-Mobile. Stunk like vinegar when I took out the SIM tray.

The phone model is correct, but the item is not a locked verizon model as advertised, it is AT&T. I was able to use my verizon SIM card, but a number of verizon apps, visual voicemail, etc are not present or working. The phone is also randomly restarting once every few days at odd times.
