Only defects are small scratches on back. BUT, what really is impressive was the email describing step-by-step how to transfer and set up the phone. Back Market is the best customer service I have ever had. I have never had in my ENTIRE internet shopping experience a more satisfying purchase. thank you BACK MARKET. You are number #1.

Back market is pretty great. The phone though looked almost brand new, only issue we had was the battery getting too hot when sitting on the charger but then again I don’t expect much more from a Samsung. Overall everything else was well.

Samsung 20 FE 5G arrived in 5 days in excellent physical condition. I ordered it in "Good" condition, but really it appears to be in "Excellent" - just a few tiny surface scratches on the back of the phone that can only be seen with a flashlight and glasses. Switching phones has been painless since I switched from a Samsung Galaxy S9 to this Galaxy S20 FE I ordered an AT&T compatible phone. When it arrived i just put the SIM from my Galaxy S9 into the new phone and it worked right away. The one drawback is the Technical specifications listed on the back market site don't match exactly with the device. For example, the device specifications on the web site indicated the device has 8 Gb of RAM when in reality the phone has only 6 Gb of RAM. The pho ne has an option to set it to use some of the storage space as virtual RAM so that helps. I researched the S20 FE and I thought the internal SIM tray would accommodate an SD card like my old S9 did, but it doesn't. So I have to make due with the 128 Gb of internal storage space. Aside from those minor things, it's a very nice phone. I would recommend BackMarket to friends and family for sure.

Ordered Good Condition and I am so very pleased because I was only able to find 1 extremely small scratch on the screen... phone works absolutely amazing and price was very affordable compared to buying the same device at other locations...

I’m sorry about late review I just started using the phone n I’m very pleased with it ,I encourage all my friend to deal with you guys ,you really Guevara great prices great warranty,and show you go above n beyond for your customers.I’m so glad I found this site n trust n believe I’ll use it a lot more from now on ,thanks against so far so good haven’t had a problem with the phone ,I dint wanna jinks it and say too much then starts acting up so let’s not push it .

As I found with other orders with BackMarket, this one was perfect! The phone looks and runs like brand new!
