The phone came in perfectly. No scratches or anything. The phone speed is smooth and the battery is excellent. Although make sure you buy a 25w Samsung charger. To take advantage of the charging speed the base cable can't support 25w. All in all, great phone, at a great price. Highly recommend.

The phone itself is in excellent physical condition. I've had trouble with service. More often than not, I have none. Sometimes I have full bars but there's no 5G or 4G indication, and when there is, I can't get things to load. I used the sim card from my original phone, and wasn't sure if that was the issue. I've since gone to TMobile and had the sim switched. I haven't been out and about too much after that to see if that fixed it. Immediately after the switch I did have service. Also, this phone is supposed to be locked for TMobile, but I see in my network settings that I have the option to choose from TMobile, Verizon, and some other options that are not the Big 3. So, I'm not sure if this is actually a locked phone. I'm other happy with the phone itself, just need it to be functional off wifi.
