Only issue is I paid for the "Expedited 2-day shipping" at $30 via Fed-Ex and I received the phone the same day as if I hadn't paid the extra $30. It happened the last time I purchased my wife's phone as well. As for the phone, excellent, great quality and condition. Hard to beat Back Market.

I bought my S20 ultra in fair condition but when I received it, the condition was excellent in my opinion. They even put in a free screen protector for me which is a bonus. I rate them 5 stars all the way.

Got my phone way before I expected! So far is a very nice phone for being marked as good, it's more towards the excellent side. Hopefully I don't have problems with this phone like I have had with the other phones I received here. I haven't tried some of the apps that I had trouble with previous phones since I only received this phone yesterday April 28th. Originally it was scheduled for May 1st. Thanks for the fast delivery!

TWO weeks in and no battery or software issues. Was in fact in excellent physical condition (case, lens and screen of the phone). Most importantly ALL of the camera lenses (photos and videos) function like NEW. Battery holds 100% charge thus far. Would recommend for the price point. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
