OK so my last phone was a Samsung Galaxy 8s+ so jumping to a 20 Ultra was definitely noticeable. For one the battery lasts almost 3 days & I'm on it quite a bit. I personally won't pay the $ they want for new phones because I don't need all the stuff they offer so I wait & get a like new refurbished phone from Back Market every few yrs. I've only had one phone from Back Market that didn't work out & no questions asked, they replaced it & everything has been good ever since so I'm a customer forever. This 20 Ultra did come from refurbisher Cell Fee I believe so a shout out to them because besides a few very minor scratches in "fair" condition this phone is like brand new. Only thing i didnt understand is why it didnt come with a wall charger box? Came with a new cord but no box? Not sure if it wasnt supposed to but no biggie. It fits my budget & I'm not worried about showing off a phone that is more expensive than some cars I've driven. With that said, great experience so far! Thank you!

Frankly shocked at how well the condition of this phone is despite it being listed as "good". The only thing cosmetic I found with it is a tiny chip in the glass covering the camera lenses that is off to the side so it doesn't affect the cameras. Very happy with it.

Beautiful shape, much better than expected. Knocked off a point because phone was supposed to be verizon but was at&t. Because of that I had to halt all the att crap and some of my verizon stuff like phone screening do not work as they would if this was really a verizon phone.
