the delivery was really bad. my order was not been delivered and was showing only to pickup from nearest cvs.i waited 4 days to get it delivered but the site is showing if not been pickedup it will get returned at the end i need to book a cab to pick the order. the delivery services they use are really bad. i hate ups

I have purchased my last new phone. My last two phones have been purchased through Back Market and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experiences! In the past I went with an unlocked phone. However, this time I knew the carrier that has the best coverage in my area, so I went with one locked to that provider. This saved me some over the unlocked version. Additionally, in the past I went with one in "Excellent" condition. This time, the best value at the time was for one in "Good" condition. I thought I might regret it, but the savings at the time were enough to sway me. I have zero regrets! The phone is in great shape! The battery life also has exceeded my expectations! And the camera is exactly what I hoped it would be! At whatever point in the future I feel a need to get a different phone, I already know that it will be one from Back Market!

Phone was in perfect condition, I would not hesitate to use Back Market again...particularly the refurbisher Econditioned.

Bought product in good condition, and received a like new phone. After a day I noticed a small scratch on the back, but I think that was me as I immediately dropped my phone the first day. I blame myself. I haven't tried to activate it yet, but I ordered a Verizon locked phone and it showed a Verizon logo upon turning on, so it looks like all is well there. Overall I am already recommending my friends to check this site out...very happy with the price and especially the condition of the phone. Check Back Market first!!!
