I ordered the S21 Ultra in the GOOD condition and as far as body work, there were like 2 small scratches that were not noticeable at all at first glance. The screen is flawless. For the price, I am beyond satisfied. I ordered it on a Thursday and it was delivered Saturday at 10am. I received constant communication and updates from Back Market. 5 stars all the way around.

Additionally, in the past I went with one in "Excellent" condition. This time, the best value at the time was for one in "Good" condition. I thought I might regret it, but the savings at the time were enough to sway me. I have zero regrets! The phone is in great shape! The battery life also has exceeded my expectations! And the camera is exactly what I hoped it would be! At whatever point in the future I feel a need to get a different phone, I already know that it will be one from Back Market!

I blame myself. I haven't tried to activate it yet, but I ordered a Verizon locked phone and it showed a Verizon logo upon turning on, so it looks like all is well there.
