Phone was exactly as described and there are no complaints about physical appearance or funciton. However, buyers beware, AT&T does not support 3G devices any longer and this phone was a T_mobile 3G device (not in any of the descriptions). So the AT&T compatible logo on the ad was false. Return has been smooth thus far and customer service very attentive and understanding. I definitely will be looking for another replacement on this site, this initial experience was less than ideal but not a true representation of normal interaction imo.
