I was pleased with the whole experience -- from browsing to delivery and shipping off my former phone. I was informed and assured every step of the way. The phone I received is as advertised -- it is in excellent shape and arrived well packaged. I'll be back when this phone needs replacing.

I received the wrong phone smh... although the process was easy through Back Market. It's a nice phone other than it's not what I ordered. I had reservations about the outcome of such a large purchase online, and my expectations were confirmed. I ordered and paid in full for S23, which was supposed to be 256GB, and they sent me the 128 GB model. My time is very valuable, and I dislike the return policy as now I have to go out of MY way to rectify.

The phone seems to be exactly as - if not better than - advertised. Because of the holidays I have not yet had it activated. My only issue would be with the purchase. I learned - after the purchase had been completed - that a discount was available to me. It would have been nice to have known that beforehand. The discount will still be available for my next purchase, but that could be years from now. I am now using the phone. It is excellent, if considerately different from my much earlier model. My only complaint is that the phone no longer has what I think of as an RCA pin jack, which is necessary when I drive an older, non-Bluetooth equipped vehicle. At max volume the sound is not as loud as when playing through auto speakers. All in all the phone is very good.

This is the third phone I have purchased from BackMarket and as usual I am totally satisfied with the results. Will do it again when I need another phone.

It has more damage and scratches than what I would have expected. If I would have been able to see the item beforehand, I would not have bought it. I don't think I will use this market again.
