phone was in what appeared to be an unopened factory packaging and is in absolutely new condition. Only issue was Verizon wasn't able to activate it using the e-sim and we had to pull the manual simcard from my old phone to get it activated. Phone works fine with no issues except my 80 year old brain adjusting to the differences from my 7 yr old S10e. 😁 My 3rd phone from Back Market and no regrets...highly recommend.
