Great Deal! I never thought about buying used-but this isn't the same as used. The phone was completely refurbished and even came with a screen protector. I'm more than happy with the deal. They offered less than I expected for my trade but it's better than sticking it in the drawer with the rest of my old phone

The phone works well I only have a issue using my Google assistant and what's app voice notes can't seem to figure out how to activate the microphone. Other than that the phone looks and works very well not to mention in my opinion a excellent camera

I was not expecting I will get a working perfectly flip phone. But I was wrong. I paid for "acceptable" but the phone i received isn't bad at all. Only have very light scratches at bottom. Other than that hardly can find any things can be criticized. Keep going this way. Our market needs honest sellers like you. Thank you so much. 💓

Delivery was fast and great. However, this phone has issues with the screen going black and can't open it without opening it and closing it several times. And one of the microphones doesn't work. So I can't voice text or command my phone by voice. The only solution offered was to send it back out to backmarket and be without my phone for 3-5 days or get a refund and still be without a phone.
