    you guys are literally terrible at customer service. why something as simple as a package damaged in transit is such a difficult situation to be remedied is beyond me. ive ordered this phone a month ago and the carrier damaged the package and now black market is trying to make it MY PROBLEM. this is something that should have been resolved internally but you literally are withholding a refund from me and making me jump through hoops to get reimbursed. terrible business practices.
