The crease was slightly worn but it costs more than the phone to replace it so it's understandable. It still functions as expected and it's amazing. I have had this phone for a little over a week. It has been very good, little bit on the touchy side when it comes to the big screen. I can play games, read, search on the internet with ease. I am happy to keep it for the long haul. It did not have any blemishes when it arrived. Screens were not broken or cracked. Welp here's my review on the z fold. Came in brand new condition and shipping was fast. Pros- good battery life, great camera, multitasking is exceptional, 120hz display is smooth as butter, big screen makes watching TV and YouTube enjoyable on mobile, new features are extensive compared to my previous phone,audio quality is exceptional. CONS- absolute fingerprint magnet,pretty heavy and wants to fall out of my pocket, finding a good case is difficult.
