    This phone is almost indistinguishable from a new other than a small scratch on the first camra near the bezel that dosent affect camra quality and it was verry dusty but I just wiped it down overall I am verry pleased with this purchase

    This is my new iPhone after having my iPhone XR for a couple of years. I had some doubts of buying a refurbished phone from a website and I have no regrets. It's been about a good three weeks since the phone arrived and it has been working like brand new. The battery health is at 88% which is pretty good. A simple battery replacement is no big deal. I'll definitely recommend some one buying a phone from Back Market. This is my second purchase and I have no regrets.

    This is a great phone for the price. Beautiful OLED screen, a great camera, and a fast and functional OS. For the model itself, it's everything the typical cell phone user could want in a device. At 6.7 inches, this is one of the biggest Android phones on the market right now outside of a folding phone. If you love screen real estate and don't mind the extra bulk, you will love this phone. As for Back Market itself, I purchased a "good" condition phone and the phone's shell came with noticeable scratches, but who cares when it will spend it's life in a case? Perhaps the most obvious issue was a small scratch in the screen itself, but I hardly notice it and, at $600 off the sticker price, I can't complain. Battery life is good enough to last all day and a little more. Another point of consideration with refurbished phones is always the longevity of the device due to its update cycle. The Pixel 8 is when Google began their extended security updates, so as of this writing, the Pixel 8 still has another 5 years of life left. For the environmentally and budget conscious consumer looking to save CO2 and $$$, five years of use on a pre-owned phone is about as good as it gets. I love this phone and would recommend it, and Back Market, to anyone looking for refurbished tech.

    The device is very clean and in excellent visual condition. The startup was easy and trouble free. I have had about 2 weeks to play with the camera and open all the apps to reset the passwords. WiFi connects quickly in my home and car, Car-play works, magnetic charging works. The physical size is slightly larger than my old iPhone SE but still fits nicely in my purse and back pocket. The purchase process and trade-in were seamless. I may look at a new device for my dad. I told my sister to review the website also.

    The device is in flawless condition! A lot of people complain about the battery with this phone, but Samsung optimization in the last 5 years has gotten crazy good that it feels as good as my old S20 FE battery, or better. The shipping was fast too. I got scared that it was locked to Verizon because it started up with a Verizon logo and installed Verizon apps, but after inserting my sim card then cycling the restart a couple times after finishing set up, it recognized it as my carrier's phone. So happy with my purchase.
