I am resubmitting this review because somehow the rating was a 2 star from me and I don’t recall hitting that button. I was giving it a 4 out of 5 because it was supposed to have been unlocked for all carriers but was not. This is my 4th phone from BackMarket and it is a great company. The phone was in immaculate condition and I put it through some paces using WiFi for a few hours but have to send it back to get a really unlocked phone. I expect great customer service because they do that well. I’m sorry if my error affected negatively the company and/or the refurbisher. I just don’t know how to remove it. If I figure it out I will.

I purchased the Samsung S21 Fe after breaking my Samsung A32 twice. I couldn't be more pleased. I paid for overnight shipping and the phone was here in fewer than 12 hours. I've had the phone about a week now and it is outstanding. It was basically Flawless when it arrived, despite being purchased from the fair category. The battery life has been on par with what you would expect from a new version of this phone. I would definitely buy from back Market again. In fact, I'm looking at purchasing a smartwatch

The product itself came in great condition. It has worked well for over a month now. The only issues I have had are really a few minor things with the software which I am sure are bugs on Samsung's side (sometimes trying to click the space bar instead adds a period and sometimes clicking a button or icon near the the right side or top of the screen fails if it is too close to the edge). Overall, I am really liking the phone!

Phones were disabled by Verizon due to very large balance owed by pervious owner of these items. No recourse but to return and try again. This is not on Back Market but these phones should have never been sent out, per Verizon, even a Verizon sim would not work until the debt is paid.
