    The representative told me that my driver's license signature and the one on the form are different. I explained that my license picture and signature are almost 20 years old. He said I need to make it look similar. I'm disgusted with this treatment. I paid for 2 day shipping and I have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never shop here again.
