it's amazing, I didn't know if I can trust in this, I saw some ads before, so I decide to look up for something here and see if it makes me try if it's worth or not, so I bought the flip 4 in excelent conditions, it is perfect, you can't even tell is refurbished, I would recommend the app, so trustable, just make sure to read the expecifications of the product.

I ordered the item on a Tuesday morning and it was delivered by Wednesday afternoon. Phone looked brand new- no marks (I purchased Excellent condition). Super easy set up process and so far so good. Everything about the pone seems new and you would never tell it was refurbished. Love the peace of mind of the 1 year warranty. I will 100% recommend back market to my family when we are in need of another phone.

My first purchase from Back Market and won't be the last! As soon as it arrived (about 3 days), I opened to find my phone neatly placed inside and great packing material. I was overall impressed with the quality of the device and has not given me any issues whatsoever. I will be looking forward to my next purchase! I love that this exists and such a great way to keep e-waste down! I will be continuing to go here for all refurbished devices.

This was a great price for a phone that might as well have been brand new. The Back Market packaging could have been a bit more robust (the phone was rattling around within the box (it must have slipped past the cutaway area at some point in shipping). That being said, it was protected well enough to arrive without any damage. I bought the Z Flip 4 to use as a second phone while traveling in Europe this summer. This is my first Android—I do prefer my iPhone and will most likely pass this phone on or trade it in when we return from our trip.

I absolutelylove this phone! I switched from my iPhone 12 mini to this z flip 4 (good) condition and i cohldnt be happier. I love the flip style. Screen is clear and no marks on body. Runs like a dream. I loke it more than the iPhone.

Great phone overall. Affordable too! Only gripe is it came with a small scratch right on the crease of the phones screen. Hoping it doesn't become a bigger issue in the future with use of my phone. Frustrated that this phone is great besides that because I purchased a quality (Excellent) that should have zero screen scratches. And for a phone that creases on the screen, one small scratch could be far worse in the future. Hoping it keeps.
