Really happy with my order. My on ear headphones were stolen along with my purse, so I went online to replace them but I really didn’t like the way they sat on my ear piercings anyway, so I started looking for an over ear pair instead. They were all much more expensive for the same specs and battery time as my old pair! But then I found these for only $10 more than my old pair, and figured it was a great deal for a nicer pair of headphones here with a refurbished guarantee. They arrived barely more than a day after I ordered them and I’m impressed with the sound quality and comfort. I use them almost every other day for an hour when I use the exercise bike at my gym. No complaints. The noise canceling works great too, as evident by my boyfriend telling me I was yelling when I tried to talk to him with them on lol. Not a feature I particularly care about, but for those who do, it works great.

The custmer service is always good. The foeam ear piece likes to pop off. Ill probably be returning them soon if it continues. The warranty is very convenient at solving these problems, and the shipping is easy and fast so i dont mind. Even with the cell phones yall get them to me very quick.
