Galaxy Tab S2 32GB - White - (Wi-Fi + 4G)

I like everything about it except the battery. The battery doesn't keep a charge at all and it takes a long time to charge the tablet. I have tried two different chargers and get the same result with both of them. There is something wrong with the port because after you plug in the charging cord you might have to jiggle it a little to make sure the tablet is actually charging.

hmmm well i get the tablet and plug it in for 2 days and it wont charge above 75% so i had to send it back and im still waiting to get my tablet and you want a review ..... ok well my experiece has been bad ....

It’s fine just too complicated to get to use would help if I had a flier with. Directions but I will figure it out …maybe someday

I requested and paid for an unlocked phone along with the tablet that I ordered. I was not given what I paid for and the resolution was not customer service oriented, AT ALL. The response to my inquires were met with empty apologies and more footwork, trust and money than I has already spent. It saddens me, as this was my first attempt to order from this company after being referred here and researching the company and the reviews left. I will be returning all items, as I cannot trust this company and will be reporting them to BBB and our state atty, if my refund is not handled promptly, as specified in their return policy.
