I HATE leaving bad reviews. Especially here, because 90% of the purchases I've made from BackMarket have been awesome, and I often recommend this site. However...this is now the second time that an item was called "excellent" in condition and was most definitely not. The console even had a sticker from the seller showing "good," and NOT "excellent" condition. It's got dirt residue all over in the airflow locations, and the case is way more than "micro" scratched up and looks like it had stickers on it. The tab on the cover for the hard drive is broken and it falls off periodically. Does it work from a mechanical perspective? It appears to, at least so far. But there is a potentially growing problem with how the sellers are grading things; if they're priced according to their condition, there should be more attention given to this part of the process. Calling the machine I received "excellent" condition is not representative of the product I actually received.

I feel I got ripped off. Once I got my Xbox it looked like in Fair condition then a Excellent. So far the Xbox plays good on my game (Need for Speed Carbon). The controller that came with the Xbox the D-Pad doesn't entirely work. You can only go Right and Up the D-Pad and Left and Down don't even work. I am upset, Disappointed and yet I a bit happy that I have an Xbox to play my old childhood game.
