This is the first time I ordered from Back Market and the seller IT Supply Guy. It was a very good buying experience for me. The device I ordered shipped in a very timely matter with some tracking. I was charged for what it was listed for on the site. I expected it to be just an okay physical condition device to arrive to me. Instead my expectation was replaced by what looked to be an excellent physical shape (like a brand new laptop and charger). Not even a scuff mark or any wear or tear! It arrived in a good cardboard box and had decent shipping material protecting it. A new out of the box OS was loaded on the laptop and it was ready for me to start setting it up (like you would from a store). I ran tests on the hardware using the internal diagnostic tools from Dell and a couple of 3rd party programs I installed. Everything checked out in excellent shape (including the battery). I’ve had this laptop for three weeks now at least and have used it almost every single day. Everything is running smoothly and as expected. Kind of a mixed bag. The unit arrived as-described, if sloppily re-assembled. Hinges were loose and case was not properly reassembled. Booted and everything worked well, except the bluetooth which was intermittent and the fingerprint reader which may not have been properly connected. The *very good* news is this unit still had 6 months of Lenovo premiere support. I called Lenovo, trouble-shot it over the phone, then they sent a tech to my house the next day to completely replace the mainboard. While he was at it, the tech re-seated the fingerprint reader and and tightened all the screws, which he said were mostly loose. When he was done, the hinges were no longer loose, the unit was secure and felt great and the bluetooth issue was resolved. Ultimately, extremely happy for the price. I basically got Lenovo-new hardware internals for a third the price of a new Thinkpad. I'm unclear on whether that 6 months of Lenovo premiere support is a standard Back Market thing as part of their warranty support or whether I just got lucky and this unit had that support remaining from the original purchase. Needed a travel computer that could handle large MS Office files and apps. Not my primary computer. This low cost "refurbished" computer really fits that need. Moving a lot of things I do to Apple products so limiting Android PC investments. This purchase has been great for me so far, but I haven't really challenged it yet. So far expect it will meet my challenges.

I received the laptop quite quickly and the packaging was excellent. Once I opened the box, I noticed a well wrapped plastic cover protecting the laptop. I had to configure Windows 10 and got everything within minutes. i was worried about the battery life since this is a refurbished item, but so far all is good. i'm very please with the purchase and will recommend a future purchase from Back Market.

Omg. Laptop arrived very well packaged, fast delivery and it looked brand new, performance was flawless and easy to set up. I'm a huge skeptic and this is 2nd purchase this month from Backmarmet , Z Fold was earlier this month and it works great 👍. I won't be going back to big box stores nor online stores. Thats right - forget PC Richards etc. Backmarket has replaced them all and has my endorsement !!!!!

the keys are kinda really stiff on use. it's fine tho. seems like it was refurbished well. 😁 some stray marks...like wax crayon, but is fine. other than that...it's fine. works as well as it should. ita as functional as it should be. I'm happy. 😄

- Took some time to get booted and functioning properly (3hrs). Lots of restarting. - Perfect condition - Had 952 gigabytes instead of 1 terabyte. Barely a difference tbh. - Used to run a little slow but after 1-2 days started working perfectly. - I don’t know if this is on my end, but the extra warranty I paid/am paying for is not showing up as available. I don’t know how that is going on. Overall, pretty good for its price and a refurbished laptop, I recommend you buy this.

first time is hearing about back market was back in 2019 so I took a shot in 2021 to buy myself a new phone the OnePlus 7 pro, ( 3 and 1/2 years later phone still holding up very strong ) 3 1/2 years later I decide to buy myself a Lenovo 2 in 1 laptop excellent grade so far for the past 24 hours it's been great nothing but great products yeah.... Its may say ( excellent) refurbished but it's like they're taking the old products that can't be sold no longer in stores and stick them in a warehouse and wait for people to buy them in all reality there's really nothing wrong with these products.. would always recommend

The computer & it's price range were great. I was looking to get my grandmother a new computer, since her existing tower was aging out & generally having major memory issues. This computer was within our limited price range, had a large enough screen for my grandmother, & had specs that would easily meet any of her limited requirements. However, the one problem this laptop had (bringing it from a 5 to a 4) was it's near expired OS. I was aware that windows 10 was being phased out by August, but assumed that windows 11 would be a fairly quick install. Unfortunately, this laptops older processor was not supported by windows 11, & since I live several states away from my grandmother, & my grandmother herself not being too tech savvy, it looked like a return was the only option. Luckily, a friend of mine helped me get Linux mint installed as the OS, & the computer (as of now) has worked very well with this system. I must say, it's partially my fault for not checking windows 11 to see if the refurbished computer was covered, but still, having even just a warning that the processor was not supported would have saved us a couple days of headaches. The more unrealistic solution is existing...
