I'll give my feedback on this in two main areas: 1) order process satisfaction and 2) product satisfaction. Order satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the order experience. It was my first time ordering from Back Market, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the order was simple, pricing/fees were straightforward, and communication was good. My order shipped promptly and arrived ~2 days ahead of the tracking number estimate. Product satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the products I received. I ordered 3 refurbished Dell Latitude 5580 laptops. I received all three, they were carefully packaged, clean, and undamaged. All three included the laptops and the charger. I bought them to run them as inexpensive, high performance Chromebooks using ChromeOS Flex, and all three worked perfectly when I installed the OS. I have them set up with Google Family Link to provide a safe way for my children to use the Internet. The hardware is in excellent shape with the sole exception of the touchpads having some visible wear (normal on refurbished devices, so I don't detract points for this). 10/10, would buy again.

It works perfectly for my wife and what she needed to do with it, which is just basic word processing stuff and surfing the Internet. She’s more familiar with Mac. But I told her if she wants a Mac and she could get it herself and that she needs to learn how to use windows. All in all it’s a great little PC. It came in great condition and works perfectly.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this refurb. I've had bad luck with refurbs purchased elsewhere in the past but everything I've tested on this unit works fine and it looks brand new. the only way you could tell it's a refurb is somebody dropped a couple of food crumbs in the keyboard. Easily fixed. 😅 I would definitely do business here again. Thank you!

This is the first time I ordered from Back Market and the seller IT Supply Guy. It was a very good buying experience for me. The device I ordered shipped in a very timely matter with some tracking. I was charged for what it was listed for on the site. I expected it to be just an okay physical condition device to arrive to me. Instead my expectation was replaced by what looked to be an excellent physical shape (like a brand new laptop and charger). Not even a scuff mark or any wear or tear! It arrived in a good cardboard box and had decent shipping material protecting it. A new out of the box OS was loaded on the laptop and it was ready for me to start setting it up (like you would from a store). I ran tests on the hardware using the internal diagnostic tools from Dell and a couple of 3rd party programs I installed. Everything checked out in excellent shape (including the battery). I’ve had this laptop for three weeks now at least and have used it almost every single day. Everything is running smoothly and as expected. Very pleased with my refurbished item. The listing said that it didn't have a backlit keyboard, however it did which was a nice bonus. Also, the power supply was still wrapped in cellophane. It seemed like it was brand new. So very pleased. I look forward to buying through Back Market again.

I've only just recently discovered this Back Market and I have to say Kuddos to the way you all do business. Buying this laptop was the first worry free and pleasant experience I've ever had when buying refurbished tech. I used to only shop through ebay but not any more. They just lost a customer. Back Market notified me of every stage my laptop was at during delivery. Even notified me that it was going to be a day later than they first projected but even being a day late I still received it way before I ever have from ebay or Amazon for that matter. The laptop looks fantastic and so far I'm totally satisfied with how Back Market conducts business 2 gold star lickies my friends and I will make sure all my friends give you a try. Bravo!!

Omg. Laptop arrived very well packaged, fast delivery and it looked brand new, performance was flawless and easy to set up. I'm a huge skeptic and this is 2nd purchase this month from Backmarmet , Z Fold was earlier this month and it works great 👍. I won't be going back to big box stores nor online stores. Thats right - forget PC Richards etc. Backmarket has replaced them all and has my endorsement !!!!!

The ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 has been perfect for my research in genomics. I’ve used it extensively for computational analysis—handling large datasets, running models, and mapping flows in R/python . It’s fast, reliable, and has kept up with every demanding task I’ve thrown at it. Solid choice for anyone doing serious data work. Oh and it works as new too. Always go for the Excellent condition

To replace my good old Chromie friend (Lenovo C330) I wanted a '14 inch touchscreen Chromebook so I can study my Japanese Kanji, ideally one with a back lit keyboard and 8GB of RAM. After searching around the web, this HP Chromebook X360 was the best deal on the market. She was in acceptable condition and the battery life gets the job done for an older laptop this powerful. I will be keeping her. I was not expecting the device to have a web cam but it indeed does have a front facing camera which works well. This is my third device from Back Market and they have once again exceeded my expectations.
