I received my MacBook Pro quickly and in an excellent condition, as promised in the description. The Magsafe adapter looks new and also the battery only had 1 cycle. I’ve been working with my MacBook Pro for some days and it runs perfectly. I easily could transfer a Time Machine backup and restored my old work flow. I’m very satisfied with this product and the service of BackMarket. For me it’s totally worth it to look for a refurbished MacBook and again BackMarket delivered. The customer service is outstanding. Hi, I Bought the MacBook Air 2017 & Everything Went Great Paid For Overnight Because Im Impatient But Everything Went Smoothly I Ordered It In Good Condition And Honestly This Device Was A Steal It Literally Is Flawless Like Out Of The Box Brand New Flawless ...The Only Problem I Had Was After 3 Days The Laptop Stopped Charging With The Provided Charger So I Called Apple Support and Got The solution (it matters what wattage your charger is) seller sent a 60w charger and MBA 2017 takes 45w just decided to order one on amazon and everything is working smoothly again ....other than that little problem I would definitely recommend blackmarket for refurbished devices will be purchasing again in the future !

the M2 mac mini is a beast of a computer even at base specs. the one I got shipped quickly and was well refurbished, arriving as described - "fair" condition with a few cosmetic scratches but functions like new!

The 2020 refurbished iMac is my 3rd purchase from Back Market. The iMac looked great. Much better than I expected. It also functions with no problems at all. It was packed and protected well for a safe and surprisingly fast delivery. I purchased a refurbished 13" MacBook Pro M1 (2020 edition) from BlackMarket, and I couldn't be happier. The laptop arrived in near perfect condition with only very minor blemishes. The laptop is in perfect working order, plenty fast, fantastic battery, and exceeded my expectations.

I am currently an EMT getting ready to attend a fire academy and needed something reliable and that wouldn’t get outdated too quickly to study/ take notes on as well as other recreational activities. I have had Windows laptops in the past and they have always degraded quickly and gave me numerous issues. I believe the M1 macbook pro is the best value for someone like myself and am really impressed with the price margin for a refurbished laptop that performs like this. I never carry a charger because the battery life is so good and the charger that came was brand new. My only complaint is that the charger does get extremely hot while charging the laptop to the point where it almost feels like it burns my hand and could cause problems but I hear that is normal for this model? Would definitely recommend for a friend
