I always thought that if I bought a "refurbished" cell phone it would be a piece of crap that someone had used within an inch of its life and then sold. How wrong I was! After cracking the screen on my Priv, I spoke with a repair place who told me the price of the screen would be more than a refurbished phone. This honest repair man told me Back Market was the way to go and I trusted him, since he had just said no to the opportunity to take ~$130 from me for a screen repair. And I am SO glad I did. I saved some money and came away with a phone that actually has a better battery life than my old one. Thank you!

I'm really enjoying it,I was happily surprised when it arrived a lot soon than expected, the fact that it has a edge screen just topped it off for me. I'm still learning about all the features it has, a lot more features than the anroid phones I've had in the pass . So far everything is working just fine. Thumbs up and Thanks

This was the most slowest phone I ever even owned and not just that the stupid thing wouldn't even work half the time it would turn off and almost impossible to get back on once it did come on ot got so hot u can barley hold it

The outside of the phone is in impeccable condition. I'm convinced it was a display model, based on the demo screen being permanently burned into the display. The battery is also fairly worn out and the operating system wouldn't update over the air. I have a little technical skill, so I managed to get it working with some effort. I wasn't expecting perfection, so I'm not dreadfully disappointed. Overall, it was worth the money.

I had to return the phone because I couldn't use it under normal conditions: as soon as I turned it on, it was getting really warm. The seller has never mentionned this default. I am really disappointed by this purchase.
