It works amazing!! 🤩 It is scratched and u can see it has gone through some things but it works great so that's the important part and also the controller. My HDMI cable that came in the box did not work it was glitching and not showing anything so I just went and bought a new one on Walmart IDK if it was my TV or something else but after getting new HDMI cable it worked great so far so good I love the name of this business it really is close to the black market so I told my little brother I was buying a PS4 from the black market 😂😂💀 The delivery was really fast and I love the way it was wrapped. The only thing is that it would be good to have directions on how to connect the stuff to your TV or PC cause I had to go on a witch hunt on the internet to connect it because I had never owned nothing like this!! but thank you!! I was so afraid it would not work or it would never arrive this app felt like too good to be true however it's true so yayyyyy 🥰

We ordered a refurbished Switch console for my daughter and it came promptly and is in great condition, so we're very impressed there! The seller originally only included a generic USB to C power cable, without a plug. The cord and our home USB compatible plugs weren't strong enough to power the console, but thankfully we had a laptop charger which worked, so my daughter could play. I contacted Backmarket who contacted the seller and we received a new OEM charger within a couple days, so in the end, all is well, although we would have much preferred to receive a functioning charging cord with the original shipment.

Backmarket, you hit well on this one! As far as I know, Backmarket has the best prices for refurbished electronics. The nintendo switch that I purchased was advertised as excellent and I got nothing less than that! Thanks again also to TechLine (original seller) for getting the excellent quality dialed in on this one! 5/5 stars here, AWESOME stuff!

The ROG Ally did come in great packaging and the condition is indeed excellent but the listing sadly is misleading. The refurbisher that delivered this device sent me the regular Z1 instead of the Z1 Extreme. Kinda wished the listing was more accurate to what they really sent me.

Back Market was good as always. Great condition. Honestly, I’m a little surprised it was because the third party who packed up the refurbished Switch shipped it in a padded mailing envelope. No box, just bubble wrap and a bubble mailer.

PS3 arrived very clean almost like new! Controller works fine, only had to change the charging cable the one that came with it is finicky. Used a different cable and all great now! Very satisfied and tell my coworkers about Backmarket all of the time. As a matter of fact typing this review on a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Works as if it were brand new! The hinge clamp was tight the first few openings which showed that it was taken care of before being sold, that's a plus! The sound quality on the speakers is just right! And the body of the console itself is presitine! First time getting an excellent graded item and it fits the bill to a T!

This is my 5th purchase with backmarket and I have been impressed every turn. The switch came with everything I could have needed including the wrist clips for the joycons. I waited to review until I’d had time to see the hard/software for what it truly was being refurbished. Of course the body and controllers had a few noticeable scratches on them but it was all able to be polished up a bit. All in all another great purchase. Thank you backmarket for saving the tech!

The product was exactly as advertised, the console looks and plays just like brand new. I am very satisfied with the speed of delivery, will definitely use this company for more electronic needs in the future.

Shipped fast & arrived in excellent condition! One puzzling thing: it unexpectedly came with a grip for the Joy-Con controllers, which is cool except there’s no port on it to connect the charging cable. I guess this was just a defect when it was made & it’ll still work if you want to use it as a controller grip only, but I must say I felt insane trying to figure out where & how it plugged in!) Otherwise, it was pretty easy to connect everything, set up a Switch account & I successfully downloaded Minecraft so it looks like it’s good to go. Since I got this as a Christmas gift for my young son, I didn’t think however about the fact that it wouldn’t come in a box, so I still have to think about how I can still give him that “wow” factor when he opens it, but yeah- I was already a fan of refurbished electronics and Back Market did not disappoint!
