This is the first time I ordered from Back Market and the seller IT Supply Guy. It was a very good buying experience for me. The device I ordered shipped in a very timely matter with some tracking. I was charged for what it was listed for on the site. I expected it to be just an okay physical condition device to arrive to me. Instead my expectation was replaced by what looked to be an excellent physical shape (like a brand new laptop and charger). Not even a scuff mark or any wear or tear! It arrived in a good cardboard box and had decent shipping material protecting it. A new out of the box OS was loaded on the laptop and it was ready for me to start setting it up (like you would from a store). I ran tests on the hardware using the internal diagnostic tools from Dell and a couple of 3rd party programs I installed. Everything checked out in excellent shape (including the battery). I’ve had this laptop for three weeks now at least and have used it almost every single day. Everything is running smoothly and as expected. The Dell Latitude laptop came delivered in a well designed protected box and the laptop looked brand new for half the cost of what would have been a new laptop if I hadn't bought from Back Market. Thank you Back Market for making refurbished laptops easily available. This saved my dad a ton of money and works just as good as a new laptop for him. The plus side it comes with a 1yr warranty so he was less concerned of it being a used laptop once he heard its covered if he has any hardware issue arise while using it.

Certified refurbished with vPRO Intel processor. Quick setup and updates installed seamlessly. I needed a work laptop fast and on a budget. This was a smooth transaction from checkout to delivery. I will definitely come back to BackMarket for my tech needs!

the keys are kinda really stiff on use. it's fine tho. seems like it was refurbished well. 😁 some stray marks...like wax crayon, but is fine. other than that...it's fine. works as well as it should. ita as functional as it should be. I'm happy. 😄

Once again, as with all orders I have placed with you guys, I really appreciate how surprised I am at the quality of my choice and how surprised I am as well when it arrives ahead of schedule. I try to spread the word as often as possible about your refurbs almost feeling a sense of responsibility to save them from there selves and the negativity of buying refurbished products. The computer & it's price range were great. I was looking to get my grandmother a new computer, since her existing tower was aging out & generally having major memory issues. This computer was within our limited price range, had a large enough screen for my grandmother, & had specs that would easily meet any of her limited requirements. However, the one problem this laptop had (bringing it from a 5 to a 4) was it's near expired OS. I was aware that windows 10 was being phased out by August, but assumed that windows 11 would be a fairly quick install. Unfortunately, this laptops older processor was not supported by windows 11, & since I live several states away from my grandmother, & my grandmother herself not being too tech savvy, it looked like a return was the only option. Luckily, a friend of mine helped me get Linux mint installed as the OS, & the computer (as of now) has worked very well with this system. I must say, it's partially my fault for not checking windows 11 to see if the refurbished computer was covered, but still, having even just a warning that the processor was not supported would have saved us a couple days of headaches. The more unrealistic solution is existing...

The laptop was as listed in excellent condition as sold refurbished! There was a slight issue with the Windows installation. The laptop was shipped without being factory reset. Couldn't get into windows because someone's account was still there. I had to wipe the hard drive in BIOS and luckily I had a flash able version of Windows handy! I would have given this product a better rating had I been able to just power it up and go out of box!
