If you were hoping for a five out of five stars, I'm afraid you are going to be disappointed. The phone's firmware was altered either by rooting or hacking the original Samsung operating system. I returned the phone and to date have not received the refund promised in two to three days. I was going to wait until Monday before addressing the refund (today is the third day)but you asked.

Fully satisfied. We ordered the "good" level and can barely see any scratches to the metal part (none to the screen), and those are covered by the case. Has been working perfectly for a couple weeks now.

Made the purchase as a gift for my Great Nieces Graduation. Haven't actually connected it yet to her carrier. So far so good and I know without a doubt she's going to be over the Moon!!! Thanks again for another job well done Backmarket!!!

Condition was labeled as "very good" but it's actually "like new." What a happy surprise..Had an initial connection issue that the seller helped me with and now all is well. I'm happy. Wonderful company with great customer support and mission. I love how the Head of Customer Jubilation checks in to make sure all goes well. That title won me over, and represents their humor and simultaneous professionalism. A rare combo in this sector ..I will never buy anywhere else

After a few bumps, I got the phone working. My problem was solely based on my phone service company switching from a sprint company to a t-mobile company so the original was locked for sprint, after explaining the problem I was sent the exact same phone but unlocked and it worked prefectly.

The phone quit holding a charge about six months into our ownership. We reported it, and Phone Ride agreed to repair or replace it. However, once they received the phone, they said that it had been water damaged and not fixable. That was not true. It had not been in water. Other phones I have I had to send back to different vendors were immediately reimbursed. Guess I won't be doing business with Phone Ride again.

Not a problem anywhere no scratches on my phone or screen powered right up. Happy Cam
