I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G in excellent condition. That's exactly what I received. The only complaints that I have is the small battery size and the fact that it's not ESIM compatible. However, the price was lower than you would find anywhere else. Thank you Back Market for your business!

Phone works great and came clean and in good condition. 7$ for a 2 year warranty is insane. i will never again make the mistake of buying a refurbished phone without warranty after the pixel 6 pro I got on amazon bricked itself in 3 months and left me boned

I had an awesome experience buying my phone everything went smoothly. actually , I had purchased two phones one for me and my wife. we both got the Samsung Galaxy 21FE one black one purple. i believe we got good condition and they were excellent. i would highly recommend buying a phone or anything from backmarket. the only reason i'm giving only four stars. i wish since I bought 2 phones and was planning on getting visible plans. I would have had a promo for both plans instead of just one that would have been a lot cooler

Phone was in excellent condition, except that the charging port is loose, cord easily falls out. Since I do wireless charging, it is not a problem..I didnt want to chance a return since the screen and body were perfect

The checkout process was amazingly quick and painless. The phone got delivered right on time as promised. I had to sign for it which was good to know that it was being protected all thr way until I got my anxious little fingers on it. Set up was so easy, im honestly just blown away by it still. it charges so quickly!!! I love everything about it. it looks and runs like it's a brand new out of the box phone. I love my new Samsung S21 FE phone, even though it's hard to find a case and screen protector for it in stores it works perfectly and it has not a scratch or dent on it. I will definitely buy from back market again in the future & my fiancé is going to buy from them too. Thanks a bunch!
