I absolutely love the Galaxy S23+ phone I ordered from Back Market! It came clean and exactly as advertised, in excellent condition. The price was very reasonable for an excellent condition phone, and I did my due diligence in shopping around, prior to making my decision to order from Back Market. The whole experience from ordering to receipt of the phone was seamless and I highly recommend this company for your refurbished phone needs. My only tip to all is to ensure the phone is indeed unlocked for your specific mobile cell phone carrier, by going halfway down the page to "Technical Specifications" and ensuring it states "Yes" to the right of your carrier's name (Verizon compatible, AT&T compatible, T-Mobile compatible), as the first phone I was going to choose stated "No" next to my carrier, even though the phone stated "Unlocked" in the header description for that phone. And thank you to Back Market Customer Support for your guidance in that area, greatly appreciate it, as they were very responsive to my inquiry.

Although some sellers/refurbishers have a questionable reputation online, you'll never know what gems you'll be able to find if you take a risk. Although my first experience with a backmarket item wasn't the warmest welcome, this really hit the spot.

Very happy with my Galaxy S23+. Received it promptly. Looks like a new phone and does just what I need it to do. Easily transferred contacts over even without my old phone (I had lost it). As an older under educated in electronic stuff type of guy, it was quite easy. And the price was very fair.

Awesome! I went for this to upgrade my s21+ finally. Only hiccup was my SIM was so old it didn't fit right but it was a 10 minute visit to my carrier for them to install an e-sim. The quality was amazing. I believe I opted for the excellent version and you could have told me it was perfect. Battery condition is great, I didn't realize how much my old phone's battery was slowing down until getting this one. I'll be getting more from Back Market for sure. Also the phone was sent through FedEx and needed a signature. but the packaging was so discreet it would have been tough to tell what it was if the package was left at the door.

The Galaxy S23+ that I purchased is as advertised. The case shows signs of wear, scuffs, etc. The screen and cameras are great. The phone has been working very well. Shipping was an issue. The two day shipping took 6 days.
