    If this was in the original box, you could have easily passed it off as Brand New. It truly arrived in flawless condition. The only minor suggestion I can offer is that it would have helped me to have the IMEI number prior to setup so I could confirm with my carrier that the device is truly unlocked. This is only because I had previously purchased an "Unlocked" phone from Walmart Marketplace and received a carrier locked phone instead. This experience has made me a fan of Back Market and I won't hesitate to purchase again or recommend to my friends.

    This phone has been an amazing tool in my arsenal. This phone was the right price, the right brand, and unlocked for even more convenience!! It's been a godsend to have. Took a beating like no other phone. Thrown, dropped, kicked, dripped on, dipped, lost, and found. One of the best drops from Samsung for sure. If you're wondering if it's good enough for 2024 standards, the answer is yes, but to be quite frank it simply doesn't have that much storage space. If you're gen Z or younger, you may find you need some external storage or a cloud subscription. The phone runs high quality game apps smooth as butter. Legends of Runeterra, Wild Rift, COD, and TFT 0 glitches, lag, or issues with phone size/heating up quickly. Obviously the longer you play, the warmer the phone. That's a given regardless the phone u have. BUT 10/10

    I'm very pleased with my refurbished Galaxy S20 FE 5G smart phone. The customer service from Certified Gadgets was just as stated on Back Markets site and the S20 came in excellent condition with only a few scratches on the glass. It took me about 3 days to set all the different settings I wanted and am happy. So far the apps I set are working and I'm happy with this model.     I am very happy with my purchase of the refurbished Samsung Galaxy s10 phone. The phone I received looks brand new - not a scratch or blemish to be found. It works perfectly. I took it to the local AT&T store to have a new SIM card installed, then started using it. Call clarity is unbelievable. I'm not sure what caused this to be a refurbished phone, but I'm very pleased with the product delivered by Back Market. And, I saved at least $300 over the cost of a brand new phone. Overall, a great experience!

    I've had this phone for 3 years now. Excellent phone, even to this day. Very snappy and has a beautiful screen. The spec sheet does not disappoint. Unfortunately I believe they're going to stop offering updates/support for the 10 series soon. I guess it's time to order a new Galaxy here!     I am very glad that I tried a refurbished galaxy 20 plus. 512 Gb. It is in excellent condition, so it looks perfect everywhere, and everything works fine. It is unavailable to purchase new, so I am excited to have one at a discount. It arrived 3 days early, and let me tell you, I use it constantly. The battery life is very strong.     Was kinda skeptical buying a refurbished product, but I needed an unlocked phone to use prepaid plans with and didn't feel like buying a brand new phone for retail price. I bought my S21 in "Very Good" condition and was pleasantly surprised to have a phone that's basically brand new. There was still wrapping plastic on the sides. It works perfectly and I paid almost 50% less than buying one new from the store. I will be back when I need a new phone for sure!
