    If this was in the original box, you could have easily passed it off as Brand New. It truly arrived in flawless condition. The only minor suggestion I can offer is that it would have helped me to have the IMEI number prior to setup so I could confirm with my carrier that the device is truly unlocked. This is only because I had previously purchased an "Unlocked" phone from Walmart Marketplace and received a carrier locked phone instead. This experience has made me a fan of Back Market and I won't hesitate to purchase again or recommend to my friends.

    "Signature required was in fine print". It should be front and center in the delivery notifications. Would have liked to have another option and have known that prior to initial attempted delivery. Phone was in excellent condition. So far, so good. "Keep screen on while viewing" feature does NOT work but that's a problem with Samsung and not BackMarket.
